Just to get back on track. What we know for sure AND what we are currently waiting for to be completed. Basically information from the most current NioCorp presentation from Dec.

NioCorp current focus is the PSD Construction Air Permit. The air monitoring which began in March 2017 is completed. Consulting teams for PSD permit engaged in September 2018. There are three main firms involved.

1. Olsson – Modelling, application preparation, agency engagement (NDEQ/EPA)
2. Zachry – Surface detailed engineering
3. Nordmin – Mine detailed engineering

There are major steps to accomplish. Engineering, modeling, application, processing, public notice, issuance.

Funding to secure the PSD permit was obtained from the successful September 2018 private placement. Personally, IMHO, we will not see any announcement on financing until this permit is in at least the public notice phase. I also believe one of the main reasons we don’t hear much news is because there is NO NEED to draw the attention of left-wing nut jobs that hate mines, for whatever their reason any sooner than necessary. There are goof-balls in this world that do not like mines - period.
