Good point, maaxbet. I think Tonogold has the more difficult path, but they have met obligations so far and the gold price is back to a decent level. Best of luck to them.

Lode is the one, however, who seems to have come with the really sweet end of this deal. I am a bit surprised that the market has not reacted a bit more strongly, but please do not take that as buy or sell advice. Due diligence, all.

Exciting times, none the less, for this historic area.
