What would make the demand outrun the seemingly endless supply here? Even if the name change is real this time, billions of shares are now stockpiled by market makers and will have to be put back into the mix if this stock starts to move upward at all. Those 5 billion shares that have been introduced recently did not land in the hands of long term investors. They are there, on the sidelines, waiting to be moved back to where they belong, in the hands of actual investors, should that demand ever become feasible.

If you read the Fins, it is clear that Ballas is acquiring unnecessary debt to be paid off with convertible shares at a rate of .0001. He then pays the debt with the shares, they sell them to the MMs for a huge return (even now it's 300% return).

Consider all of the projects that were used to justify the loans, and the projects never went to completion.

Cryptobuy.com was a notable one, and the millions they spent on HLT website development, but there have been 4 or 5 over the last couple of years.

It should, and may, be a crime. It is definitely deceptive and it is costing investors (stock holders) literally millions.

Don't worry, they will find a new project soon to justify more loans and excite a new batch of victims.
