SBFM is a 100% scam.

I called the RS months before it happened....or was supposed to happen. They can't even materialize that. I called bankruptcy months after that. I agree, we are close to bankruptcy, although they literally have zero assets, more likely just dissolve, and bag holders can welcome in SBFMQ, or no bid.

This is a shell. Not a company. The CFO isnt even qualified to be in this sector. He just knows how easy it is to scam people in it. Which is what he is: scam artist. But anyway, No office, no workers, fake drugs, useless patents......no money, agreements that have zero value. Or are just lies........

They may try for 1 more PnD before it goes away. They will announce a fake PO, or an fake agreement for financing.

SBFM = SCAM
