So it looks like China got 1st tranche 3m share @ 1.63 that gives EKSO 5m from the get go. looks like the 2nd tranche on the performance of delivery on product and what the PPS is for another $5 mil. not to exceed the 19.9% of outstanding with a floor of $1.30 and no greater than 1.96.
