There are two rumors:

1. Big things are coming for GIGL. This rumor was started by management and so far shows no sign of being true. Ambitions, including everything mentioned in this PR, has been previously discussed, only to fall completely flat.

2. Management is incapable of delivering. This rumor has been provided by the market, as evidenced by the share price, and has been completely backed by management's actions.


The truth is somewhere in between, but currently is much closer to the latter.
