IMO - David Yuengling is the key here for me as to whether or not this will be either be a Merger of a partial asset of Yuengling Ice cream ...the YIC Online sales - which we know the 2017 revenues and perhaps even from this past year- and we will just need to get some More details and his expansion etc. But it doesn’t add up. Why would he have trouble then completing the audits by himself with own Corp? He wouldn’t. That’s why I’m certain something else has to be going on in this merger and more complexity.

You see folks- both times when asked in the very recent past - this management implied that the “companies (plural) have to complete the audits” revenues and future numbers....hmmmm.

The reality is - we dont even know the proper valuations for $ARSN yet until we gain a better handle on exactly what’s coming in into the shell just yet. HOWEVER- We can already presume it’s YIC-Online for sure and thats nearly 2mil revs so far. We just need confirm profit margins but certainly we are nowhere near its market cap currently.

IF this also includes a Yuengling Ice Cream Corp merger in totality..or in other words, envelops both facets of the ice cream business BRICK and MORTAR and ONLINE...and this has copyright and patent rights associated with Yuengling - then I truly believe this stock is far more valuable than any of us investors are realizing right now. With the current SS- and depending on profits - easily could be .20-.25 pps.

I will try to reach the Company before end of week on any updates. Please do the same bud. . Patience is a virtue and I think villagers who listened and did their DD and started grabbing around . .009 pps-.01 pps are reaping the most reward.
