WOW... If I heard OGI’s CEO Greg Engel correctly the figures sound mouth-watering amazing: $0.56c CAD per gram cash cost to grow / produce…. if you add in all the rest (current account costs, packaging, shipping, excise etc etc) $0.98c a gram… OrganiGram, which has got its organic cert back, is selling at $4.50 to $5 a gram wholesale… OGI has a 71% margin.... Also, it will be hard for other producers, even those in Latin America or Thailand, to beat these production costs and unlodge OGI from the customer base they are solidly building, with clever commercial and ethical moves, in Canada… To replicate these low costs in European indoor grows would give OGI a massive leap ahead of EU or other Canadian companies in Europe… And the wholesale price is far higher in Europe. Wow, OGI is a lovely little company that is concentrating on giving us shareholders a good deal… And they will be producing 113 tons of cannabis by the end of this year.... Could we see OGI’s PPS double over even treble in the next 12 to 18 months?
