They've had all year to send out a news item...........

At least when the Form 10 registration is effective, one would hope material information would begin to be released......

........since they have a lawyer on the board now, maybe he'll advise them to start to release material information (assuming there is any).....c'mon already.

There just doesn't seem to be any sense of urgency with these guys
