It seems that WSJ put much efforts to come up deliberately with the article’s headline [Trump WON’T Act Alone...] to spread fears just as it has for long years.

WH’s “intention to work with” the congress could be mere another political gesture to get the nomination of Calabria moving, while Otting already made the first move, although the article pointed out that it could rather delay the confirmation by the senate.

I personally wonder what would happen if the banking committee rejects Calabria for FHFA director - would Otting retain the position?
