What I do not understand is this...about 80% of the world's "technology" comes from China and Japan...

The chinese are VERY intelligent people...perhaps moreso than most Americans...

What is stopping them from creating a similar product? Lord knows that they can do it...why do they need IPKL? It doesn't make sense to me that they wouldn't have come up with their own solution by now...just IMO
