Heck, I could have filed a complaint every single time that Greenshift missed a deadline, and I can file another complaint every time they miss one in the future.



Spot on! You can file even multiple complaints at once and or ask your neighbors to do so. You can file the same complaint everyday. And yet still the SEC does, what they think is suiting. If it was as easy for them just to penalize those who break the rules, they could automate the system....but guess why they don't do that?

Where can you file a complaint on the sec not doing their job by the way?
