Embedded here is a screen shot from TCEQ’s permit database system.

As should be clear to anyone with more than two neurons to rub together, MMEX-scam has a single Type O AQP, and there is no new activity to reflect any petition to amend, nor has any new application been submitted.

With the realization that the MMEX STRONG have many challenges, factually soil boring is not a requirement for obtaining the administrative permit - TCEQ’s FAQ on the matter clarifies start-of-construction for applicants, to define what activities fall under the permit, vs. those that fall outside of what the permit covers.

As has been pointed out many times, "the Town" is irrelevant - The City of Fort Stockton is an incorporated municipality type of city, not "Town," and MMEX's facility does not lie within the territorial, or extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City of Fort Stockton. The City of Fort Stockton has absolutely nothing to do with MMEX-scam in any regulatory, taxation, or other jurisdictional sense.

Imagine that...

You can search for MMEX on the TCEQ New Source Review Air Permits page
and it will show construction pending. The state has authorized the construction of this facility

http://www2.tceq.texas.gov/airperm/index.cfm?fuseaction=airpermits.start

Here it explains what is needed in order to proceed. If you will note one of them is the soil boring test which is what was undertaken by MMEX and moving forward as I stated before.

Looks to me they are working on completing what they need to start hiring the 400 people they need to build this modern oil refining facility.

Fort Stocktons mayor supports the project and was at the ground breaking. You can call their Chamber of Commerce department and verify this information. Here's the phone number 800-336-2166 toll free. Here's their website

A construction permit from the Town will not be a problem in the least bit.

imagine that
