I`m not sure if I trust that site as it looks like it was written by a chinese AI, but

BIOMET 3i LLC develops and manufactures implants for dental health care providers.

Looks like it's related to biomet but not a subsidiary of Zimmer?

Biomet 3i dental implant looks eerily similar. That's actually what Im on about today. Eary similarities. What's up with OSI? looks like they became a subsidiary of Omnilife.

https://www.news-medical.net/news/20110218/First-implantation-of-AmedicaUS-Spines-Infinia-silicon-nitride-ceramic-femoral-head-performed-in-hip-replacement.aspx

This one names both in article on the first implant of a silicon nitride hip. Decided to look at what OMNi is doing and found this gem:

http://www.omnils.com/healthcare-professionals/serf.cfm

The SERF Novae Inventors of Dual Mobility. Now that looks eerily similar in design to the progress the company that looks like it's being incorporated into zimmer on the 510K that looks like it's specifically referencing cerasurf, not biolox to me. Not a lawyer but this looks a bit TOO similar in trade dress, prior art, patent infringement. But when has that stopped anybody? the color pink lawsuit seems like a complete dichotomy. Is this indicating friendly relationships to move forward without consulting a lawyer? aka "strategic partnership"? Even has a cool name like SERF. why serf? Only reference to serf I know about is ceraserf. Is serf some medical terminology im unaware of?

Thats it. I`m opening up Zimner Boimet and seeing how much I can infringe to see if these guys got a lawyer anywhere. Next is Seracurf.
