The market likes the deal....

From ~$1 CDN before the annoucment up over $1.40 right now....and ALEF is trading at $2.10 which means more upside if conversion happens around this price.

If you want to taste the fruit, you have to go out on a limb. But if you wait for the herd to move out on the limb....the branch tends to snap.
