The air permit was a $100 fee - once again much Ado about Nothing.

Hiring 400 people - I hope you are kidding - where is the funding - MMEX can't afford a Happy Meal without toxic funding.

Hanks has promised much and delivered very little.

A one man pinky company without any assets or revenue isn't going to obtain the financing to build a oil refinery - this is pinkyland nonsense - no serious investors believe that Hanks is going to build a refinery.
