Just keep us posted on your lawsuit against nasdaq, please. I for one am looking forward to seeing justice served. I mean, how on earth can a stock exchange not know that it is their obligation to IMMEDIATELY list any and every company that wishes to be on it?! I mean come on.. it is the company's constitutional right to be on the Nasdaq. Our founding fathers put that in the bill of rights, it says right there "NO COMPANY SHALL EVER BE DENIED IMMEDIATE LISTING ON NASDAQ.".. So please SUE NASDAQ!!! NOW!!! Sue them for keeping you waiting. That is so wrong! It's a crime, and a biblical sin to make lester12483 wait! How dare they!?!?! The absolute nerve!!!
