No one is being manipulated. The numbers told the story. They came up short on raising capital. They filed an S filing on the number of shares to be sold in the raising of capital to support the lease as well the purchase on the lease to purchase contract. This forced them to find another interested party in the deal to raise the additional capital required for the said purchase.

It’s sad that it has come to this.
