ALKM violating securities laws is "being in good graces"?

No, ALKM could be suspended at any time.....maybe that is part of the reason ALKM was in such panic mode when the stock promotion activities were revealed. Even if ALKM was not responsible for the promotion, it could have easily led to a SEC suspension just for that.
