LMAO! It seems you don't understand the mechanics of toxic financing - sorry but they don't pull a credit report.

Toxic financing is also referred to as Floorless financing - or toxic death spiral financing.

Toxic financing leads to dilution - you do understand that it is extremely harmful to shareholders.

It is truly amazing that you thought toxic funding meant that MMEX was deemed credit worthy.

I suggest you read a promissory note from a toxic financing agreement.
