I agree with you which is why I sold yesterday. Last insider purchases, listed on ETRADE, were for .01, .02, .03 in the Fall of 2018. I believe news was put out to get that investment money back (and then some.) Then they will have to file with SEC on those trades. I'm guessing until all that clears, there will be no share buyback until mid to late FEB. I mean...it just makes business sense that they would sell those shares to free up cash. Im waiting on retracement to low .02's or high .01's.
