I think you are part right. This is about over. Anshu Bhatnagar is moving on. They increased AS to 6b. They released the news about RS to let this sink. The lower it goes the better. Anshu Bhatnagar handed the company over to new management in the form of a reverse merger. They need shares. The lower this goes the better when they buyback a ton of shares. IMO we will sink and sink quick. However i believe this will rise just as fast once everything falls into place. There are less than 400 people still along for the ride. how many will hang on? Looks like we lost another this morning. I'm good with the risk for this year. Maybe I sell for a gain this year or sell some other gains and wash them with a loss here. Its not the end of the world for me. However IF this plays out just right its going to be big.
If this was a scam Anshu Bhatnagar would not have moved on to mPhase to execute a RS of mPhase and dilute here. I think something big is going to happen here that will push mPhase higher based on this outcome. I think mPhase is the scam and something big is happening here.
