Zngy is a public company, owned by the shareholders. It’s management legal duty to protect the investor and shareholders. Not as most have come to beleave, Alex has made bad decisions from the day he took over. Sold his own company to Zenergy then his Houston buddy’s company to Zngy. Both Alex and Byron used this for a piggy bank..
