There's a liquidity section in the 10-K

That obviously depends on financing and he may have to wait to confirm various transactions before finalizing the 10-K. Happens a lot and is not a big deal at all.

The stock weathered the shock of the 14c and rebounded...I think a short delay in the 10-K won't be a big deal at all.
