Keep in mind

The financials are most certainly done, but there may be disclosures related to M&A, financing etc. that they aren't ready to make. That can delay the filing versus the original timetable.

I hope it gets filed after the close, but if it doesn't, not a big deal. There's almost certainly a reasonable explanation.
