Ron's newest "Clean Power" electrical generator is the perpetual ferris wheel.

This time there is a working scale model. All they have to do is scale it up to ginormous size and it'll make as much electricity as Hoover Dam. Estimated cost 1.5 Billion dollars. They're looking for buyers to sign power purchase agreements as we speak.
