Wheels, I am not a shorter. I have over fifty thousand dollars invested in this company, and I would love to see it succeed.

From my point of view, the biggest whiners on this board are those who are complaining about the whining. It seems whenever anyone criticizes the company there is a concerted effort to label that person a whiner or a shorter, rather than objectively look that at the speicifics of their criticism.

Take for example the $70,000 income/no income to New Visuals. The company had no problem reporting it as if it were income when they made the initial announcement. When it comes to financing. They had no problem calling an loan application a loan, until someone called them on it. And as far as that box we were shown last year. We didn't walk away with the impression it was a prototype; we were told it was a prototype. I was there.

Hey, I liked Ray. He's hard not to like. I liked Tom Cooper. I really liked Rich. I was luke warm about John Howell, but that doesn't mean he was a bad guy. I may be the only one that wasn't impressed with Brad's speech a year ago, but he's probably an okay guy too. But the simple facts for me, are that we were told in the spring over a year ago that a technical breakthrough was emminent. We were told more that once that revenues (from the tech) were emminent. We were told more than once that mergers were taking place. And everytime the events failed to materialize we were told that that was the old company, we now have a new company.

3D movies and new wheel technology were the past. Embarq is the future.

Fine. But if these guys don't produce, I would rather lose the rest of my investment than to encourage someone I don't even know to buy into this company. If this company has was it claims it has, there will be plenty of time for them to buy and still make money. In the meantime, my advise, even if that advise cost me dearly, is don't buy now.

And whining about whining is just whining.

For the record, I'm addressing this post to you. If you were including me as part of the whiners, then say so. If not then say so. But please quit making these vague references that you can always deny later.

Have a good one.
