GNCC Capital, Inc., incorporated on September 23, 2008, is a holding company. The Company is a gold and silver mining exploration company, which has assets in gold and silver mining exploration in Arizona. Its gold properties include Burnt Well Gold Exploration Properties, Ester Basin Gold Properties and Clara Gold Properties. The Company's silver properties include Kit Carson Silver Properties, Potts Mountain Silver Properties and Silverfields Silver Properties. The Company's subsidiary companies are engaged in the owning and operation of adult social gaming arcades based in South Florida, which are operating under Gold Coast Gaming Corporation and as Boardwalk Brothers and Play It Again, and Internet and social media reputation management services operating from Carlsbad, California.
The Company's Burnt Well Gold property consists of around nine unpatented lode mining claims (approximately 160 acres) in the Harcuvar Mining District, in La Paz County, Arizona. The Ester Basin gold property is located on approximately 100 acres of mining claims, including five unpatented lode mining claims, in the Owens Mining District in southern Mohave County, Arizona. The Clara Gold Project is located on approximately 480 acres of mining claims in the Santa Maria Mining District in La Paz County, Arizona. There are around 24 lode mining claims on land administered by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM).
The Company's Kit Carson Silver Project consists of approximately 411 acres, located in Yavapai County, Arizona. The Kit Carson Silver Project includes around 24 unpatented lode mining claims totaling approximately 400 acres and a 50% undivided interest in the mineral rights to the Lady Alde patented lode mining claim, including approximately 11 acres. The Company's property includes approximately 3,000 feet on the Silver Belt - McCabe Vein System, 6,000 feet on the Kit Carson Vein System and 3,000 feet on the Lady Alde Vein System. The Potts Mountain property consists of approximately 40 acres of mining claims, including two unpatented lode mining claims, in the Owens Mining District in southern Mohave County, Arizona. It is immediately north of the Company's Ester Basin Gold property. The Silverfield Project consists of around 80 acres of mining claims, including four unpatented lode claims in the Owens Mining District in southern Mohave County, Arizona.
