I think those 911 signals come from investor groups, not MM's.

It used to be MM's, but I am sure they are way more advanced now days than using trades to talk to each other.

If you look at the chart, like I have said before, and remove the spikes, then you still see and steady upward trend in the PPS.

Remove yesterdays trades from 1:30 pm thru 4:00 pm. Then look at the Open from yesterday and look where we are trading at now.
