They should know by the end of the meeting. The last question on the ballot asks if they don't get the votes by the meeting can they have more time.

Since most can vote online they probably already know if they have enough votes.

Volume is probably going to stay low going into Thursday, unless something big leaks... I feel at this point you should have already decided to hold or sell.

I still don't get the couple thousand share sell trades... what's the point?
