Maybe Lockheed Martin Skunkworks had a secret funding stream and our Robert Stevens is a front for the retired Robert Stevens and CEO of LM. This plot thickens every day. Maybe the secret government funding stream was literally the government back-selling the weed the DEA and other 3 or 4 letter agencies confiscated from the drug busts and using that money to fund top secret black ops programs. Makes total sense in how they paid $300 for a toilet seat lid and $600 for a hammer in 1995 and the Independence Day era of investors. Maybe Now that NASA is privatizing itself and Cannabis and Hemp are legal, the government is slowing dipping its toes back into the green pool of love joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control.
