Could the timing of Friday's and today's Q2 & Q3 amendments be related to the delay of the PR?

If they are working with OTC on the amendments, and clearly they are, I am thinking they need accurate numbers in the Q2 & Q3 amendments as a starting point to communicate Q4 revenues in the PR.

Somehow I think they are related.

Just a thought.
