The board of directors has updated the bylaws to include under section 7 according to New York BSC-Business Corporation Article 11 that no debt holders or any person or legal entity that claim to have any lawsuit or debt against the Corporation will be allow to have any shares with voting rights. QEDN common shares are the only type of free trading shares in the market. Common shares don't have any voting rights per the bylaws establish in June 22, 2007 with the State of New York. Only prefer shares have voting right and they are not free trading shares.
