Can Lampert make a settlement outside the court with the creditors? Looking at the situation I wouldn’t expect a $1 for a $1 return. Let’s jus make a deal? I’m having a feeling Judge will approve .50 cents for $1 owe!!!

Can judge still approve a deal while this litigation case is open?
