While reading the board message posted by Realwhiz yesterday, I assumed it will take another decade to reach a settlement due to the buck passing between the DTC and brokerages.
We legitimately bought the shares via legitimate brokers.
That is, we did Not violate any Securities Exchange Act.
In our case, Bancorp International Group Inc. is one thing,
and the shareholders are another, I guess.
I hope we can receive the last trading price, 5 cents from
the brokerages and 5 cents as compensation from the DTC.
I think Megas et al related to BCIT must be excluded from the settlement. They may file a lawsuit without the shareholders, if they can.
What on earth is the SEC doing? They haven't found any evidence of criminal wrongdoing??
