Any day a short stays in my suite is a win. So far I have been averaging about 25 days out of the month there is a “ no vacancy” sign up. To me it’s like a dividend or free money while I wait for triple digits which will happen. I particularly like when they spend the weekend no turn down service is offered so no labor cost :)
