Please elaborate, on how MMEX-scam, an insolvent OTC shell company , with no access to legitimate capital markets, would obtain $88-million in project financing.

The MMEX STRONG would love to hear that fantasy story.

Anyone able to cite a single case, where a share-selling scheme like MMEX-scam transitions from quasi-legal securities fraud to a legitimate business, or how a sham like MMEX-scam “phases” its way into the refining sector, please step up.
