Sterling, perhaps you can clear this up. I don’t believe companies are required to file form 4’s for shares that are bought back and returned to the treasury. The only thing I have ever seen in regards to share repurchase programs is that they are reported on and details specified in 10Q’s for what was purchased in the preceding quarter.

Now obviously, if insiders are planning on purchasing shares in the open market, we would see form 4’s on those. But I wouldn’t expect any announcement made on shares retired to the treasury before the next quarterly report.
