No worries at all here. I believe they are purposely keeping the plan for shareholders confidential as long as they can. I don't think they want much publicity until the judge signs off on everything. Normally by now shareholders would have been told their shares would be cancelled or the complete restructure plan. The fact they are keeping it confidential should be a good sign for invedtors imo
