Trulieve - Patient Observation:
- Sarasota, Florida Location

- Since October, I have seen very little turnover of employees. In my opinion, this is a good indication of a positive working culture.

- In most cases, due to popular demand, there's a wait which is usually ten minutes if you didn't place your order online. My recommendation would be to order online so you can skip the lines. If the Sarasota location has a wait, you can assume the other locations are busy as well. Even if you order online, sometimes you can wait due to the pure nature of the number of customers! It all depends on the time of the day, day of the week and if any discounts/specials. Simply put, Trulieve is ALWAYS BUSY!!!! It's crazy the amount of foot traffic that goes through on a daily basis.

- The Staff is always friendly and extremely knowledgeable!

- Most of the products with the exception of the Truflower cups are always in-stock. As you can imagine, the flower cups are on high demand. Prior to visiting your local Trulieve store, I would check online to see what TruFlower cups are in-stock. The list on the website is usually accurate.
