I agree the PR's are fairly clear. We are well under way to production. I am not in the industry so I do not know how long this should or could take and the variables involved. The next tank will be moved in over the next few weeks tells me not to expect full production until after that.
The first facility I assume will be the hardest to get up and running and the others will follow in faster fashion and with the addition of a Pres. with much experience, things will be coordinated much closer together.
It is very wise IMHO for them to go ahead with resell of product from other refineries. It establishes the relationships, gains foot entry with current proposed clients and gives AMHD a source of product if demand exceeds production of home sourced product.
Just a waiting game until the first facility comes on-line.
