The number of shares has always been dependent on the share price. The company has been very transparent about that when asked. So, sure, the company intended to buy a lot of shares, up to 250 million of them, at sub penny to penny prices. Well, now that the price has jumped to .03 with so much enthusiasm about the company, they probably thought the share price would be above a nickel this week, so the number of shares they are able to buy with the money allotted for a buyback is drastically reduced. What is wrong with the way you're presenting info, given that you actually talked to Greg, is that you are calling the share buyback "smoke and mirrors" when, in fact, it is not. It's called business sense. 250 million at .005 is 25 million at .05. In any case, share buyback or no buyback, the stock is soon to be severely undervalued. As I said, the buyback was a bonus.
