From what I gather shares and structure will stay in tact. However another article I read had all the figures in it and even if Lampert bought our shares out it would equate at minimum to $1 per share. Thats worst case scenario. Either way its an easy double from now. I think the share structure will stay in tact though and pps will be much greater than $1 when all is said and done short term here. Expect to see a lot more loading this week. I think some were hoping for 19s ahain but I dont see that happening.
