Since 2016!!?? Because of three years of lawsuits we have done nothing that according to Mr. Gordon was “almost done” an IPO that is almost done is not a 3 year long discussion lawsuits or not. There has to be another reason other than lawsuits that have been slowing down a sure thing IPO in 2016 to the hopes of an IPO this year.
