Ok so first off, this goes along with Life Clips purchasing Vidbox's assets so I'm assuming the deal went through with this FB notice. Secondly, this is bad for the reverse merger theory when the bigger player says its closing its doors. My speculation is that Life Clips will use the kiosks and sell things other than movies. If they were continuing to sell movies then Vidbox wouldn't have their firesale going on. -B
