The brokerages put the blame on the DTC.

Brokerages - 5 cents, the so-called last trading price
The DTC - 5 cents per share as compensation for ALL the
shareholders who purchased the shares via brokerage firms

The total amount, 10 cents per share is my wishful thinking.

To make things easy, 10 cents for all the shareholders
regardless of the date when the shares were purchased
