buying all it's float and take control. No offense but I work alone, I will also add its not easy accumulating my target share structures that are none tweeting, zero posting pennies.

I have open orders in many that go unfiled for weeks and months. Like you I want to accumulate whole shares structures but it takes years to do without moving the price much.

This share structure is not one I would go after.
