I first served as Turnover Receiver in approximately 1994. By 1996, serving as receiver had become 100% of my practice. My concentration is in the Dallas / Fort Worth area and I serve across Texas. But I can't collect out-of-state assets. For example: HH assets in AR. So stop pestering me to do so.
