Good question!

Cause the sc 13g has them at 105,122,522 million shares with 4.99% ownership, but the pre 14a has them with 166,666,667 million shares with an 8% ownership.

So either they need to amend the sc 13g to show a difference of 61,544,145 shares or Armistice dumped 61,544,145 shares for a profit of at least $500,000.

We'll find out for sure how many shares Armistice has when they file the Def 14a...which they probably won't file until after the Nasdaq hearing.

Something doesn't add up. Def 14a will clear the air. And I hope the NY AG is paying close attention to every filing.
