Unlike most stocks in the OTC, this one is ripe for shorting now that the price is up where it is. Why?

Because they're going to sell stock to the public, and when the amendment appears on the NVSOS website that confirms it, PPS will drop like a rock, easy cover. Have to hand it to the CEO, too, the name change came right at 60 days after the RM (the dead time required by the reg after a corporate action), the RS was filed and approved with no issues and no delays. Anybody that hasn't bookmarked the NVSOS Woodbrook page is playing with fire.
